LEROY SANITARY DISTRICT # 1
Regular Meeting
January 19, 2012
Dale Klueger called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.
Patti Hilker was not present.
Minutes
The December 15, 2011 meeting minutes were read.
Ray Collien made the motion to accept the minutes as read. Dan Gassner gave a second to the motion. Motion passed and carried.
Finance Report
Ray Collien made the motion to put $10,000.00 from the checking into a CD, Dan Gassner seconded the motion. Motion passed and carried.
Ray Collien made the motion to accept the Finance Report subject to audit, Dan Gassner seconded the motion. Motion passed and carried.
Monies from the Town of LeRoy are to be put on the agenda for February.
Water and Sewer Report
Tim Gutjahr gave a high end quote of $1500.00 from Synergy Sales to install a chlorine indicator scale that will be hooked up at the pump house.
Dan Gassner made the motion to have Tim buy and install the indicator scale for up at the pump house. Ray Collien seconded the motion, motion passed and carried.

New Business
a. Discuss with Possible Action – St. Andrews Water Bill
It was explained to the Board that a water main break occurred at the ball diamond back in October and that the water and sewer charge was $505.81, which is shared between the Leroy Athletic Club and St. Andrews School. The Athletic Club is asking to only pay for the water as it did not go into the sewer at that time. It was explained that Patti Hilker will need to look at the charge and a new charge will be issued to the Athletic Club for the water.
Dan Gassner made the motion to have Patti and Dale make the adjustment to the bill when Patti returns. Dale Klueger seconded the motion, motion passed and carried.
Ray Collien abstained from the motion.
b. Discuss with Possible Action – Water Quality Report
Ray Collien made the motion to hire Foth to provide the Quality Water Report, Dan Gassner seconded the motion. Motion passed and carried.
