Town Board Minutes
The regular Town Board meeting was called to order by Chairperson,
Linda Schraufnagel at 7:30 PM.  Present were Linda, Raymond Collien,
Arthur Mueller, Erma Franke, Bryant Halverson, and 9 guests. Arthur
made a motion to approve and adopt the agenda as presented, 2nd by
Raymond, motion passed and carried.  Raymond made a motion to approve
the reading of the November minutes, 2nd by Arthur, motion passed and
carried.
The Treasurer’s report showed a beginning balance in General Account
of $34,682.61; receipts of $103,904.72; Expenditures if $30,283.09;
for an ending balance of $108,304.24.  The Tax Account showed a
beginning balance of $78,805.87; receipts of $12.96; for an ending
balance of $78,818.83.  We also have a CD at the Bank of Oakfield in
the amount of $63,252.38.  Raymond made a motion to approve the
Treasurer’s report subject to audit, 2nd by Arthur, motion passed
and carried.
It was suggested we get an extra dumpster for the holidays.  The
holiday hours and dates were changed to Friday, Dec.23rd from 1:00 PM
to 5:00 PM. and Friday, Dec. 30th from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.  It was
suggested to get a price for fuel from different venders.  Jeff Voss
stated that parking on S. Point Road during hunting is a hazard.
Someone will talk to the US. Fish & Wildlife, about restricted
parking
Arthur made a motion to appoint the following to the 2012—2013
Election Board: Elaine Schabel, Diane Zangl, Betty Bauer, Theresa
Schraufnagel, Dorothy Batzler, Wendy and Stuart Wellnitz, Mary Wondra,
Nona Wondra, 2nd by Raymond, motion passed and carried.
Arthur made a motion to pass Resolution #03-2011, for changing the
number of election workers for an a election, 2nd by Raymond, motion
passed and carried.
Arthur made a motion to purchase a laminator machine for the Town, 2nd
by  Raymond, motion passed and carried.  Arthur made a motion to pay
bills #14756 thru #14784, 2nd by Raymond, motion carried.
Arthur made a motion to adjourn the meeting, 2nd by Raymond, motion
passed and carried.  Meeting adjourned at 8:27 PM.  Next meeting will
be on January 9, 2012.
