NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
PROPOSED BOUNDARY CHANGE
LEROY SANITARY DISTRICT NO.1
Town of LeRoy, Dodge County, Wisconsin
Public Notice is hereby given that the Town of LeRoy will hold a public hearing regarding proposed boundary changes to LeRoy Sanitary District No. 1 at the LeRoy Town Hall, N10725 Hwy YY, Lomira, Wisconsin on Monday, February 13, 2006 at 7:30 pm., at which time interested parties will be heard.
There are two known parcels of land, more specifically described as Tax Parcel Number 028-1316-2244-001, and Tax Parcel Number 028-1316-2621-001, which are currently contiguous to and benefited by the Sanitary District, but are not currently entirely within the existing Sanitary District boundary. There is one known parcel of land, more specifically described as Tax Parcel Number 028-1316-2622-001, which is currently partially included within the existing Sanitary District boundary, but is not currently benefited by the Sanitary District.
The Commissioners of the LeRoy Sanitary District No. 1 are petitioning thee Town Board of the Town of LeRoy to change the Sanitary District boundary by approving as additions to the Sanitary District the portions of the Tax Parcels 028-1316-2244-001 and 028-1316-2621-001 that are not currently within the Sanitary District Boundary, and by approving as a removal to the Sanitary District the portion Tax Parcel 028-1316-2622-001 that is currently within the Sanitary District Boundary.
Written comments regarding the petition will be accepted until February 10, 2006 by Erma Franke, Town Clerk, W4197 Ledge Road, Mayville, Wisconsin 53050.

BOARD OF REVIEW
TOWN OF LEROY, DODGE COUNTY
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Review for the TOWN OF LEROY shall hold its first meeting on Monday, September 12, 2005 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. in the Town Hall, N10725 Hwy YY, Lomira, Wisconsin. If necessary, additional dates will be used to reconvene said meeting, as determined by the Board.
Please be advised of the following requirements.
No person shall be allowed to appear before the Board of Review, to testify to the Board by telephone or to contest the amount of the assessment of real property if the person has refused a reasonable written request by certified mail of the Assessor to view such property.
After the first meeting of the Board of Review and before the Board's final adjournment, no person who is scheduled to appear before the Board of Review may contact, or provide information to, a member of the Board about the person's objection except at a session of the Board.
No person may appear before the Board of Review, testify to the Board by telephone or contest the amount of any assessment unless, at least 48 hours before the first meeting of the Board or at least 48 hours before the objection is heard if the objection is allowed because the person has been granted a waiver of the 48 hour notice of an intent to file a written objection by appearing before the Board during the first two (2) hours of the meeting and showing good cause for failure to meet the 48-hour notice requirement and files a written objection, that person provided to the Clerk of the Board of Review notice as to whether the person will ask for removal of any Board members and, if so, which member will be removed and the person's reasonable estimate of the length of time the hearing will take.
When appearing before the Board, the person shall specify, in writing, the person's estimate of the value of the land and of the improvements that are the subject of the person's objection and specify the information that the person used to arrive at that estimate.
No person may appear before the Board of Review, testify to the Board by telephone or object to a valuation; if that valuation was made by the Assessor or the Objector using the income method; unless the person supplies the Assessor all of the information about income and expenses, as specified in the manual under Sec. 73.03(2a), that the Assessor requests. The Town shall provide by ordinance for the confidentiality of information about income and expenses, that is provided to the Assessor under this paragraph, and shall provide exemptions for persons using the information in the discharge of duties imposed by law or of the duties of their office or by order of a court. The information that is provided under this paragraph unless a court determines that it is inaccurate, is now subject to the right of inspection and copying under Wisconsin State Statues 19.35(1).
The Board shall hear upon oath, by telephone all ill or disabled persons who present to the Board a letter from a physician, surgeon or osteopath that confirms their illness or disability. No other persons may testify by telephone.
Anyone wishing to file an objection must contact the Town Clerk to complete and submit the required objection form supplied by the Town, prior to appearing before the Board of Review. Objections will be scheduled to be heard by the Board in the order in which they are received by the Town Clerk.
