Special Town Board Meeting
The Special Town Board Meeting was called to order by Chairperson, Linda Schraufnagel, at 7:00 PM. Members present were Linda, Raymond Collien, Arthur Mueller, Erma Franke, and one guest.
Arthur made a motion to approve the agenda as presented, 2nd by Raymond, motion passed and carried. Raymond made a motion to approve the Resolution, 02-2011, adopting the Employee Grievance Procedure, 2nd by Arthur, motion passed and carried. An appointment of a Hearing Officer and the fee for cost in any matter will be done at the October 10, 2011 meeting.
Arthur made a motion to adjourn the meeting, 2nd by Raymond, motion passed and carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:30 PM.
