September 12th, 2005
The regular Town Board Meeting will held at the Town Hall on Monday, September 12th, 2005 at 7:30 PM. at the LeRoy Town Hall located at N10725 Hwy YY.
1. The meeting will be called to order.
2. Approval and adoption of the Agenda.
3. The minutes of prior meeting will be read and approved.
4. The Treasurer's Report will be read and approved.
5. Animal Control Report.
6. Public Input.
7. Deputy Land Use Report.
8. Road Report.
9. Brian Loos-Town Police Liaison Officer
10. Raymond Collien, Sanitary Report
11. Old Business.
1. Discuss & possible action on the amendment to the Snowmobile Ordinance 03-01 (if back from the attorney.)
12. New Business:
A. Sanitary District Meeting, Wednesday, September 21, at 6:00 PM.
B. Joint Sanitary District, Thursday, Septeember 22, at 6:00 PM.
C. Set date for fall road inspection.
D. Discuss & possible action on a driveway extension for Oechsner Farms LLC on Zangl Road.
E. Discuss & possible action on residents removing gravel from the road shoulder after new gravel is put down after road resurfacing.
F. Discuss & possible action on people dumping garbage in ditches.
G. Discuss & possible action on placement of new Cemetary signs.
H. Discuss & possible action on Town Board members attending the 2005 WTA Convention in Stevens Point October 16 thru October 19.
I. Fall Clean date is October 8 from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
11. Correspondence to come before the board.
12. Payment of the bills.
13. Any additional public comment.
14. Adjourn the meeting.

September 12, 2005 Minutes
The September meeting was called to order by Chairperson, Linda Schraufnagel. Present were Linda, Raymond Collien, Linus Schruafnagel, Cynthia Laubenstein, Erma Franke and 7 guests. Raymond made a motion to Approve and adopt the agenda, 2nd by Linus, motion carried.
Raymond made a motion to approve the August 8th meeting, 2nd by Linus, motion carried. Raymond made a motion to approve the Special Town Board meeting minutes of August 10, 2nd by Linus, motion carried.
The Treasurer's report showed a beginning balance in the General Account, of $172,491.61; receipts of $75,523.94; expenditures of $125,947.09 for an ending balance of $122,068.46. The Tax Account showed a beginning balance of $89,003.25, receipts of $48.39, expenditures of $50,000. for an ending balance of $39,051.64. A balance of $8,069.44 in the Major Building Repair & Major Equipment Repair/Purchase account is included in the Tax Account. We also have a CD at the Bank of Oakfield in the amount $100,000 and one at $50,000. Raymond made a motion to approve the Treasurer's report subject to audit, 2nd by Linus, motion carried.
Dale Klueger picked up one dog and returned it to it's owner. Erma reported two building permits, one for Dan Turner for his home, $140.00 and Kristen Waas, shed addition for $26.00. The Shouldering is all done, and the roadside grass should be cut as soon as possible.
Brian Loos stated that there has been several mailbox's damaged and that they are doing more traffic enforcement in the area. Raymond stated that they are still waiting for the Ordinance for the Sanitary District, The East Pump station is down again. A letter was sent to Crane but no response from him. They have to make a decision which way to go. Have a system like Brownsville, go to Mayville or update to the cheapest pond issue. They will check if they can do a referendum for which way to go. They have no answer yet on the 5 year permit to operate the Waste Treatment Plant.
Road inspection will be done on September 24, starting at 8:00 PM. Raymond made a motion to grant a driveway extension to Oechsner Farms LLC on Dairy Road, 2nd by Linus, motion carried. Raymond made a motion to adopt the Town of LeRoy Year 2030 Comprehensive Plan Ordinance # 05-02, 2nd by Linus, motion carried. Don't forget Fall Clean Up day is October 8 form 8:00 AM. to 2:00 PM
Raymond made a motion to pay bills #11981 thru 12012, 2nd by Linus, motion carried. Linus made a motion to adjourn the meeting, 2nd by Raymond, motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 8:45 PM. Next meeting is October 10, 2005.
