Special Town Board Meeting
July 14, 2011
A Special Town Board Meeting was called to order by Chairperson, Linda Schraufnagel at 7:30 PM. Present were Linda, Arthur Mueller, Erma Franke, and 3 guests. Absent was Raymond Collien.
Arthur made a motion to approve and adopt the agenda as presented, 2nd by Linda, motion passed and carried. Erma asked Nicki for her liquor transfer sheet that is required, and she stated that she forgot it, and would bring it to my home. Erma also asked about her purchasing beer & liquor at a liquor store, and she informed me that the Tavern League told her she may purchase up to 12 bottles without any trouble. Erma said she would call Roger Johnson on that matter and get back to her the next day. Arthur made a motion to grant the license to Dawn Ferriol, 2nd by Linda, motion passed and carried. Raymond Collien told the Clerk he was in favor of granting her license.
Arthur made a motion to grant an Operators License to Chrysti Ferriol, 2nd by Linda, motion passed and carried.
Arthur made a motion to adjourn the Special Meeting, 2nd by Linda, motion passed and carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:35 PM.

Special Town Board Meeting
A special Town Board meeting was called to order at 7:45 PM. at the LeRoy Town Hall. Present was Linda, Arthur Mueller, Erma Franke, and 1 guest
The meeting was held to approve a hauling permit for Baumhardt J&J Trucking, W3998 Hwy 45, Eden, Wi. 53019. Roads to be traveled on are Dairy Road from Grande’s Sewer Plant to the Cheese Plant. Arthur made a motion to approve the hauling permit, 2nd by Linda, motion passed & carried.
Arthur made a motion to adjourn the meeting, 2nd by Linda, motion passed and carried. Meeting adjourned at 7:55.
