TOWN BOARD MEETING
JANUARY 9, 2006
The monthly meeting was called to order by Chairperson, Linda Schraufnagel. Present were Linda, Raymond Collien, Linus Schraufnagel, Erma Franke, Cynthia Laubenstein and 6 guests. Raymond made a motion to approve and adopt the agenda as presented, 2nd by Linus, motion carried.
Raymond made a motion to approve the minutes of the last meeting, 2nd by Linus, motion carried. The Treasurer's report stated a beginning balance of $311,273.51; receipts of $1,577.08; expenditures of $183,711.74 for an ending balance of $129,138.85. The Tax Account had a beginning balance of $2,590.34; receipts of $556,085.93; for an ending balance of $558,676.27. Ray made a motion to accept the treasurer's report subject to audit, 2nd by Linus, motion carried.
Erma reported 3 building permits; Dale Ter Beest for a wood deck for $14.00; Wayne Schultz for a barn for $140.00; and Dennis Hanke for a shed for $64.00. The Board all received phone calls for the snow plow digging up their ditches. Mike also had to scrape Wells Road because of mud due to Oechsner Farms hauling manure. Mike did it as a favor for the Oechsners because of their death of their wife and mother.
Brain Loos was not present but there were several mailboxs damaged on Centerline Line and Lomira Drive. The Bathroom updates are coming alone great. Raymond made a motion to replace the toilet seats, 2nd by Linus, motion carried.
Raymond made a motion to table the Resolution on the name change for Point road until next meeting, 2nd by Linus, motion carried. Linus made a motion to approve the minor land division of 2.50+- acres, a Conditional Use Permit, and a petition to Rezone land from the A-1 Prime Ag. District to the A-2 General Ag. District for Brian Vincent, 2nd by Raymond, motion carried.
Raymond made a motion to approve payment of bills #12092 thru #12143, 2nd by Linus, motion carried. Linus made a motion to adjourn the meeting, 2nd by Raymond, meeting adjourned at 9:01 PM. Next meeting will be on February 13, 2006.

SPECIAL TOWN BOARD METING
JANUARY 12, 2006
The Special Town Board Meeting was called to order at 5:30 PM. by Chairperson, Linda Schraufnagel. Present were Linda,
Raymond Collien, Linus Schraufnagel, Erma Franke and Katherine and Micheal Bachhuber.
The purpose of the meeting was to approve a land division of Katherine's property. She would like to sell the present home to her daughter and retain the second lot consisting of 8.3217 acres for herself. Raymond made a motion to approve the split, 2nd by Linus, motion carried.
Raymond made a motion to adjourn the meeting, 2nd by Linus, motion carried. Meeting adjouned at 5:40 PM.
