The regular Town Board Meeting will be held at the Town Hall on Monday, September 12, 2011, at the LeRoy Town Hall located at N10725 Hwy YY, at 7:30 PM.
1. The meeting will be called to order.
2. Approval and adoption of the Agenda.
3. The minutes of prior meeting will be read and approved.
4. The Treasurer’s Report will be read and approved.
5. Animal Control Report.
6. Public Input.
7. Deputy Land Use Report.
8. Road Report.

11. Old Business:
A. Discuss & possible action on changes from Dodge County Highway on policy changes for
purchasing sand and salt for the winter.
B. Discuss & possible action painting the bridge on Lomira Drive.
C. Discuss and possible action on 2011 Wisconsin Act 10.
D. Discuss and possible action on an ordinance for alternative claims procedure for the Town.
12. New Business:
A. Discuss and possible action on purchase of a camera.
B. Discuss & possible action on cementing a bigger area by garage.
C. Discuss & possible action ditching by Larry Bonack, on N. Point Road.
D. Discuss & possible action on adding the Sanitary District to the Towns web page.
F. Discuss & possible action on Burning yard waste in the Village of LeRoy.
G. Discuss & possible action on bids for Ertl Road.
H. Discuss & possible action of sending a letter to former Bingen Property owner
to remove brush in the vision corner and on the East side of his property.
I. Discuss & possible action on Fall Clean up date.
J. Discuss & possible action of setting a date for budget workshop.
K. Discuss who will be attending the WTA convention in October.
L. Discuss & possible action on date to do fall road inspection.
M. Sanitary District meeting, September 14, 2011 5:00 PM.
