The LeRoy Town Board will be meeting with Rural Insurance, to review the Town’s Policy at 6:30 PM., at the LeRoy Town Hall.
The 2011 Board of Review will be called to order, and then be adjourned to a later date to be announced.
The regular Town Board Meeting will held at the Town Hall on Monday, May 9, 2011, at the LeRoy Town Hall located at N10725 Hwy YY, at 7:30 PM.
1. The meeting will be called to order.
2. Approval and adoption of the Agenda.
3. The minutes of prior meeting will be read and approved.
4. The Treasurer’s Report will be read and approved.
5. Animal Control Report.
6. Public Input.
7. Deputy Land Use Report.
8. Road Report.
9. Brian Loos—Town Police Liaison Officer
10. Raymond Collien, Sanitary Report
11. Old Business:
A. Discuss & possible action on updating the Alcohol Control Ordinance.
B. Discuss & possible action on the letter from Computer Troubleshooters on renewal of their
Contract.
12. New Business:
A. Welcome to Kurt Klomberg, Dodge County District Attorney.
B. Discuss & possible action on donating $1000.00 to the LeRoy Athletic Association.
C. Discuss & possible action on the hauling permit, for Linck Aggreagte, Inc.
D. Discuss & possible action ditching on Wildgoose Road.
F. Discuss & possible action on ditching on Northline Road.
G. Discuss & possible action on selecting roads to put out on bids for 2011 road work and
Shouldering.
H. Discuss & possible action on selecting a new Deputy Clerk.
I. Discuss & possible on purchasing a new Monitor for the Town Hall Computer.
J. Discuss & possible action on approving the 2011 Town’s Insurance.
K. Sanitary District Meeting, May 18, 2011 5:00 PM.
L. Joint Sanitary District Meeting, May 18, 2011 6:00 PM.
M. Discuss & possible action on letter received by Theresa Schraufnagel to the Clerk.
