The regular Town Board Meeting will held at the Town Hall on Monday, March 14, 2011, at the LeRoy Town Hall located at N10725 Hwy YY, at 7:30 PM.
1. The meeting will be called to order.
2. Approval and adoption of the Agenda.
3. The minutes of prior meeting will be read and approved.
4. The Treasurer’s Report will be read and approved.

A. Discuss & possible action on updating the Alcohol Control Ordinance.

A. Discuss & possible action on setting date for Town Audit.
B. Discuss & possible action on setting Spring Clean up date.
C. Discuss & possible action on setting Road Inspection date.
D. Discuss & possible action on the reappointment of Ray Collien to the Sanitary District Board, term to expire on 6/2014.
E. Discuss & possible action on the reappointment of Dale Klueger to the Sanitary District Board, term to expire on 6/2012.
F. Discuss & possible action on the reappointment of Erma Franke to the Planning
Commission, term to expire on 6/2012.
G. Discuss & possible action of the reappointment of Harvey Simon to the Planning
Commission, term to expire on 6/2014.
H. Discuss & possible action on the reappointment of Theresa Schraufnagel to the
Planning Commission, term to expire on 6/2014.
I. Discuss & possible action on the reappointment of Roger Wondra to the
Planning Commission, term to expire on 6/2013.
J. Discuss & possible action on the Reappointment of Linda Schraufnagel to the
Planning Commission, term to expire on 6/2013.
K. Discuss & possible action on the appointment of Frederick J. Derocher, agent for the
Town’s Workmens Comp. policy replacing Harold Gerrits.
L. Discuss & possible action on attending Capitol Days in Madison on March 30, 2011.
M, Discuss & possible action on the public hearing on Monday, March 21 at 7:15 PM. in
Juneau to amend the Dodge County sanitary facilities overlay district and related
Provision of the land use code.
N. Discuss & possible action on replacing the lost and faded road signs at Dairy Rd.
And Farmersville Road, and Dairy Road and Lomira Drive.
O. Reminder of Spring Election on April 5th, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
P. Reminder of Annual Town Meeting on April 13th, at 7:30 PM.
Q. March 23, 2011, Joint Sanitary District meeting, 6:00 PM., LeRoy Town Hall.
R. March 24, 2011, Sanitary District Meeting, 6:00 PM., LeRoy Town Hall
S. Meeting with Country Insurance on Monday, April 11, 2011 at 6:30 PM.
