The regular Town Board Meeting will held at the Town Hall on Monday, August 8, 2011, at the LeRoy Town Hall located at N10725 Hwy YY, at 7:30 PM.
1. The meeting will be called to order.
2. Approval and adoption of the Agenda.
3. The minutes of prior meeting will be read and approved.
4. The Treasurer’s Report will be read and approved.
5. Animal Control Report.
6. Public Input.
7. Deputy Land Use Report.
8. Road Report.

11. Old Business:
A. Discuss & possible action on changes from Dodge County Highway on policy changes for
purchasing sand and salt for the winter.
B. Discuss & possible action leasing or purchasing a tractor with loader.
C. Discuss and possible action on the Pre-Disaster Mitigation Plan with Dodge County
Emergency Management.
D. Discuss and possible action on access to boiler room for We Energy—Note—Erma sent a
letter to them informing them to do the readings as they did before because I checked on
previous bills, and some were estimated and some actual.
E. Discuss & possible action on widening Ertl Road from Mike Sabel to Vernon Kehrmeyer.
F. Discuss & possible action on moving hydrant on Ertl Road.
G. Discuss & possible action on replacing culvert at Ertl Road and Krapfl Road.
H. Discuss & possible action on ditching Krapfl Road from Hwy Y to David Hoffman.
12. New Business:
A. Discuss and possible action on 2011 Wisconsin Act 10 if we get a response from WTA.
B. Discuss & possible action on an ordinance for alternative claims procedure for the Town.
C. Discuss & possible action on painting the bridge on Lomira Drive.
D. Discuss & possible action letter from Associated Recyclables of Wisconsin—Read letter.
F. Discuss & possible action on letter from Planning & Development on hearing on September
12, on code amendments.—Read letter.
G. Sanitary District meeting, August 22, 2011 5:00 PM.
I. Joint Sanitary District meeting, August 22, 2011 6:00 PM.
J. August 31, 2011, 7:00 PM. Town & County Meeting at Juneau Adm. Bld.
