The LeRoy Town Board will be meeting with the Country Financial Insurance Co., to review the Town’s Policy at 6:30 PM., at the LeRoy Town Hall.
The regular Town Board Meeting will held at the Town Hall on Monday, April 11, 2011, at the LeRoy Town Hall located at N10725 Hwy YY, at 7:30 PM.
1. The meeting will be called to order.
2. Approval and adoption of the Agenda.
3. The minutes of prior meeting will be read and approved.
4. The Treasurer’s Report will be read and approved.

A. Discuss & possible action on updating the Alcohol Control Ordinance.

A. Discuss & possible action on hiring a firm to do the Crack Filling..
B. Discuss & possible action on the letter from Computer Troubleshooters on renewal of their contract.
C. Discuss & possible action on the WTA’s Association Dues of $540.80.
D. Discuss & possible action on the letter from Dodge County Planning & Development to rezone certain lands in the Town of LeRoy. Hearing May 2, 2011 at 7:00 PM. in Juneau..
E. Discuss & possible action on the letter from Dodge County Planning & Development to adopt the Shoreland Protecxtion Ordinance. Hearing May 2, 2011 at 7:30 pm. IN Juneau.
F. Discuss & possible action on the letter from Dodge County Planning & Development to
Amend certain provisions of the Dodge County Land Use Code. Hearing May 2, 2011
At 7:15 PM. in Juneau.
G. Discuss & possible action on deciding what road repairs to be done and let out on bid.
H. Administer the oath of Office to the Town Chairperson, Linda Schraufnagel; Supervisior #
Raymond Collien; Supervisor #2, Arthur Mueller; Clerk/Assesser, Erma Franke;
Treasurer, Bryant Halverson.
