The regular Town Board Meeting will held at the Town Hall on Monday, December 12 2011, at the LeRoy Town Hall located at N10725 Hwy YY, at 7:30 PM.

4. The Treasurer’s Report will be read and approved.

6. Public Input.
7. Deputy Land Use Report.
8. Road Report.
9. Brian Loos—Town Police Liaison Officer
10. Raymond Collien, Sanitary Report
11. Old Business:
A. Discuss & possible action on 2012 Plan for Visual Assessment of Management of Road
Safety.

12. New Business:
B. Discuss and possible action on appointment of the following Election Workers for 2012-
2013; Elaine Schabel, Diane Zangl, Betty Bauer, Theresa Schraufnagel, Dorothy Batzler,
Wendy and Stuart Wellnitz, Mary Wondra, Nona & Daniel Wondra
C. Discuss & possible action on passing Resolution #03-2011, for changing number of election workers for an election.
D. Discuss & possible action on purchasing a laminator machine for the Town.
E. Discuss & possible action on having the Town Board check Farmersville Road.
F. Sanitary District meeting, Thursday, December 15, 5:00 PM at Town Hall.
G. Joint Sanitary District meeting, Thursday, December15, 6:00 PM. at Town Hall.
H. Set date for Town Employee Christmas Party.
